Okay this is so stupid, but I’m crying. I’m legit bawling my eyes out. I can’t even put into words why I’m crying.
Don’t feel bad. I’ve read this about a dozen times and I cry every time.

STORY TIME: Artist Shane Davis added a cat Red Lantern to the back of a villain lineup as a joke but the editors loved it so much they made him leave the cat in. The next script came in with a big scene for the cat lantern at the end and Davis said they HAD to name the Dex-Starr after his own cat Dexter. :)))
And so they did!
I was reading some BLackest NIght stuff the other day and saw the kitty and was wondering about this. Awesome.
